It is very important to us at COC to provide customized care to our clients. We customize care plans, medication records, and charting for each client, which makes our documentation highly usable and effective. The nurses can spend less time charting and more time focused on the client.
Another way we customize care for our clients is through our strategy of king-term nurse placement. We strive to give our clients long-term nurses who become very familiar with clients’ health baseline and can quickly detect changes to that baseline. A revolving door of nurses isn’t good for either the client or nurse, so we eliminate that with our staffing strategies.
